These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://getdirtyhoney.com/ (the “Site”) and any services, content, or materials provided through it (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are offered by Dirty Honey Company (“Dirty Honey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies posted on the Site. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Not Medical Advice

Information on the Site is for informational purposes only and not medical advice. It is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement or routine.

4. Supplements Disclaimer

Any supplements sold on the Site have not been evaluated by health authorities and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Keep out of reach of children.

5. Orders, Prices & Payment Terms

Placing an order

By placing an order, you represent that:

• you have the legal right to use the selected payment method; and
• the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors, or legal restrictions).

Prices & payment

Prices may appear in your local currency and can vary by region due to exchange rates, duties, or local market conditions. Payment may be made via the methods shown at checkout. For discretion, your statement may show a generic descriptor. All payment methods are subject to validation and authorization by the issuing bank or payment provider; if authorization is not received, we are not liable for delays or non-fulfillment.

We may revise pricing any time prior to order acceptance. If a price must be revised after confirmation due to causes outside our control (e.g., regulatory changes, customs, currency fluctuations, or shipping cost increases), we will notify you and you may cancel before fulfilment. 

Taxes, duties & import

You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, customs duties, import fees, and clearance charges.

6. Shipping & Fulfilment

We ship globally where legally permitted. Orders are packed discreetly without product names visible. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

For health and safety reasons, opened items cannot be returned.
Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund excluding original shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. To initiate a return, email hi@getdirtyhoney.com

8. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it automatically renews at the stated interval until you cancel. You may manage or cancel in your account (or by contacting us) any time before the next billing date. Cancellations apply to future renewals; no prorated refunds for the current term. We may change subscription fees with prior notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

9. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

Promotions and codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. We may modify or revoke promotions at any time. Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• violate any laws or regulations;
• interfere with the Site’s operation or security;
• use bots/scrapers or other automated tools without permission;
• upload malware or attempt unauthorized access;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
• use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

11. User Content; Reviews/UGC

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Dirty Honey a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from that content in any media. You represent that you own or have the rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law. We may moderate or remove User Content at our discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, logos, images, graphics, software, design) is the property of Dirty Honey or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. “Dirty Honey” and related marks are trademarks or trade dress of Dirty Honey Company.

13. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from us via email or SMS. Standard data and messaging rates may apply.

14. Third-Party Sites

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access such sites at your own risk.

15. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of any content.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you through the Site in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
